With the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) changing the way not only conventional but also FHA loans are done, we have decided to promote a new service of desktop valuations.   With appraisal costs of an average of $300 it has become increasingly expensive to gamble on the value of your property especially in todays market.  We believe with our desktop valuations we offer a service for a nominal fee that will give some insight into whether or not proceeding with a loan prospect is something you would like to move forward on.  We are not an Automated Valuation Model (AVM).  We search our Multiple Listing Service Databases for comparable sales within your property's market area and give you an up to date accurate value.  You will receive a USPAP complaint desktop appraisal with comparables and an estimated value.
